PROJECT BACKGROUND:

Dez-Dal is a premier home remodeling company based in Sedona, AZ, specializing in luxury Design and Build services. They needed a long term strategy to reach more clients around the Sedona area and generate quality leads quickly & effectively.

THE WORK:

My approach started by implementing a new ads strategy with Google Local Services Ads, a pay-per-lead platform, to generate a steady stream of leads to funnel into qualified leads. We put focus around local search and ranking high in Google Business Profile. Additionally, we created optimized geographic landing pages targeting search terms specific to areas in Sedona and the surrounding areas.

THE RESULTS:

An increase in organic traffic in the local market earned a top-three ranking for service-related keywords in the Sedona area.

An overwhelming 500% incease in leads were generated with the Local Service Ads.

An overall result of home remodeling projects booked into the following year.
