I'm Erica, the founder of The Digital Co Lab.

I've spent years working in marketing and advertising, evolving my unique skill set that blends creativity and  nerd status when it comes to algorithms, consumer behavior and data analytics. I'm passionate about turning business challenges into thoughtful, effective marketing solutions.  

My daily co-workers include two black cats and one yellow lab all of whom are remarkably committed to sleeping on the job. I'm also fortunate to collaborate with a trusted group of talented designers and programmers who help bring projects to life. 

When I'm not working, you'll find me in nature or spending time
with my kids, while I'm still cool enough to be included.
