PROJECT BACKGROUND: 

Dez-Dal Remodel, a premier design and build contractor in Sedona, Arizona, needed a digital marketing strategy to drive new leads while building a solid foundation for sustainable, long-term growth. As the company expanded its operations and prepared a new office space in downtown Sedona, they recognized the need to secure a steady stream of high-quality leads to fill their project calendar.

THE OBJECTIVE: 

Dez-Dal needed increased local visibility, the ability to capture relevant inquiries and real leads from homeowners in the Sedona area. They need to achieve rapid results and lasting presence.

THE WORK: 

The approach started by implementing a new ad strategy with Google Local Services Ads, a pay-per-lead platform, to generate an immediate and consistent stream of leads into the funnel.

 

A strategy with Google Business Profile was addressed with reviews, consistent updates and posts to strengthen the presence in local search results. 

 

Additionally, the website was updated to incorporate location-based and service-specific keywords on-page and off-page to improve site structure for crawlability, usability and overall enhancing search engine visibility. 

THE RESULTS: 

An increase in ranking for "home remodeling contractor" showed Dez-Dal Remodel a top-three ranking for service-related keywords in the local Sedona area.

In the first month alone, Local Service Ads generated an overwhelming increase in new customer inquiries. Resulting in home remodeling projects being booked well into the following year. 

Ultimately, these strategies initiatives secured top-tier local search rankings, boosted organic traffic, and created a consistent, reliable lead pipeline to support Dez-Dal's continued expansion in the local market.
