PROJECT BACKGROUND: 

Goldisseya is an e-commerce jewelry store looking to get visibility and sell online. Before any growth initiatives could begin, the brand faced a major challenges: restricted accounts in both Meta and Google, which limited its ability to be seen or advertise to potential customers.

THE OBJECTIVE

The goal was to restore Goldisseya’s advertising capabilities, strengthen its online store experience, and drive traffic and sales.

THE WORK:

  • Account Resolution: This included a full website audit, changes, and numerius appeals to resolve the restricted accounts in Meta and Google to restore full advertising capabilities.

  • Website Optimization: By refreshing the home page, collections, product descriptions and product page design to  to enhance the user experience and visual appeal.

  • Email Automations: We updated automated flows and remarketing emails with branding adjustments to keep messaging consistent and visually engaging.

  • Data & Feed Management: Optimized the Shopify product feed to ensure accurate, high-quality product information flowed seamlessly into the Google Merchant Center and Meta's Commerce Manager.

  • Social Media Presence: With a targeted content calendar with education around different gemstones and products, with regular scheduling, including a paid ad campaign to grow the audience and engagement on FB and IG.

  • Paid Ads: Developed campaign creative, messaging, and video optimized for Google Ad campaigns (Performance Max & Search) and Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) 

THE RESULTS:

By resolving the initial account restrictions, Goldisseya successfully regained its advertising presence. The optimized product feeds and website updates immediately improved product visibility and data quality across all channels. Ultimately, the combination of a refreshed user experience, targeted email marketing, and full-funnel Meta and Google advertising campaigns established a strong foundation to drive qualified traffic and online sales conversions.
